நாடு கடத்தக் கூடாது -வைகோ கடிதம்

மூன்று ஈழத்தமிழர்களை நாடு கடத்த உத்தரவு! 

தடுக்கக் கோரி, பிரதமர், உள்துறை அமைச்சருக்கு #வைகோ கடிதம்!

தமிழகத்தில் தஞ்சம் அடைந்து, கடந்த இருபது ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாக அகதிகள் முகாம்களில் வசித்து வருகின்ற, ஈழ நேரு, செந்தூரன், இத்தாலிய ராஜன் (எ) சுந்தர்ராஜன் ஆகிய மூன்று ஈழத்தமிழர்களை, இலங்கைக்கு நாடு கடத்துவதற்கான நடவடிக்கையை இந்திய அரசு மேற்கொண்டு உள்ளது.

கடந்த இருபது ஆண்டுகளாக, இத்தகைய நடவடிக்கையை இந்திய அரசு மேற்கொண்டது இல்லை.
ஈழத்தமிழர்களை, அவர்களது விருப்பத்துக்கு மாறாக, நாடு கடத்தக் கூடாது என்று, சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்து உள்ளது.

இந்த மூவரையும் இலங்கைக்கு அனுப்பினால், அவர்களது உயிர்களுக்கு உத்தரவாதம் இல்லை.

எனவே, அவர்களைத் திருப்பி அனுப்பக் கூடாது என வலியுறுத்தி, இந்தியப் பிரதமர் டாக்டர் மன்மோகன் சிங், உள்துறை அமைச்சர் சுசில் குமார் ஷிண்டே ஆகியோருக்கு, ம.தி.மு.க. பொதுச்செயலாளர் வைகோ எழுதிய கடிதம், இத்துடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது.

Dear Dr. Manmohan Singhji,

Vanakkam. I draw your immediate kind attention to the following serious matter. News have appeared in the press that the Government of India has issued orders on 19 th August, to deport three Eelam Tamil refugees 

1. Mr. Eela Nehru 2. Mr Senthuran 3. Mr. Italiarajan @ Sundarrajan from Tamilnadu to Sri Lanka.
It is so shocking that such a deportation move has never been attempted by the Government of India, for the past 20 years.

The High Court of Madras passed a judgment that ‘No Eelam Tamil should be deported from India against their will and consent.’

Mr. Italiarajan @ Sundarrajan has been convicted to 11 years imprisonment in a case falsely framed against him and he is detained in Central Jail,Puzhal, Chennai. His appeal against the conviction is pending before the court.

False cases have been foisted against Mr Eela Nehru, who is detained in a special camp prison at Trichy. Also, I understand false cases have been foisted against Mr. Senthuran.

The Eelam Tamils who have suffered diabolical persecution, to protect their lives have gone to many countries, seeking asylum andh they have been given solace and asylum in those countries. The Tamils of the Island of Sri Lanka, who have got umblical relationship with the Tamils of Tamilnadu in India, came to Tamilnadu, seeking succour and protection.

If these three Tamils are deported to Colombo, their life will be in dangerous peril in the hands of the ruthless Sri Lankan police and army. Any such move by the Union Government will be a grave assault on human rights, which would pour acid in the wounded hearts of the people of Tamilnadu.

Therefore, I would request you to take immediate necessary steps to stop this injustice to Tamils.

பிரதமருக்கு வைகோ எழுதிய கடிதம் - முழு விவரம்

மாண்புமிகு பிரதமர் டாக்டர் மன்மோகன் சிங் அவர்களுக்கு,

வணக்கம். கீழ்காணும் மிக முக்கியமான பிரச்சினையை, உடனடியாகத் தங்கள் கவனத்திற்குக் கொண்டு வருகின்றேன்.

திரு .ஈழ நேரு, திரு. செந்தூரன், திரு. இத்தாலியராஜன் (எ) சுந்தர்ராஜன் ஆகிய மூன்று ஈழத்தமிழ் அகதிகளை, இலங்கைக்கு நாடு கடத்துவதற்கான உத்தர வை, கடந்த ஆகஸ்ட் 19 ஆம் நாள், இந்திய அரசு உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்து உள்ளதாக, செய்திகள் வெளியாகி இருக்கின்றன.

கடந்த இருபது ஆண்டுகளாக, ஈழத்தமிழ் அகதிகளை நாடு கடத்தும் நடவடிக்கையை இந்திய அரசு மேற்கொண்டது இல்லை.

‘ஈழத்தமிழ் அகதிகளை, அவர்களது விருப்பத்துக்கு எதிராக நாடு கடத்தக் கூடாது’ என சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் ஏற்கனவே உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்து உள்ளது.

திரு. இத்தாலியராஜன் (எ) சுந்தர்ராஜன் மீது புனையப்பட்ட பொய்வழக்கில், அவருக்கு 11 ஆண்டுகள் சிறைத்தண்டனை விதிக்கப்பட்டு, சென்னை புழல் மத்திய சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளார். தமக்கு விதிக்கப்பட்ட தண்டனை யை எதிர்த்து அவர் தொடர்ந்த மேல் முறையீட்டு மனு, நீதிமன்றத்தில் நிலுவையில் உள்ளது.

திரு. ஈழ நேரு மீது பல பொய்வழக்குகளைப் புனைந்து, திருச்சியில் உள்ள சிறப்பு முகாம் சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளார். திரு செந்தூரன் மீதும் பொய் வழக்குகளைப் புனைந்து உள்ளனர்.

கொலைவெறித் தாக்குதல்களில் இருந்து தங்கள் உயிர்களைக் காப்பாற்றிக் கொள்வதற்காக, ஈழத்தமிழர்கள் உலகின் பல்வேறு நாடுகளுக்குச் சென்று, அகதிகளாக அடைக்கலம் பெற்று உள்ளனர். தாய்த்தமிழகத்தோடு தொப்புள் கொடி உறவு கொண்ட ஈழத்தமிழர்கள், தமிழகத்துக்கும் வந்து, அகதிகளாக அடைக்கலம் பெற்று உள்ளனர்.

இந்த நிலையில், மேற்கண்ட மூவரையும் இலங்கைக்கு நாடு கடத்தினால், ஈவு இரக்கம் அற்ற இலங்கை இராணுவம், காவல்துறையினரின் கைகளில் சிக்கினால், அவர்களது உயிர்களுக்கு உத்தரவாதம் இல்லை.

இந்திய அரசு மேற்கொள்ளும் இத்தகைய நடவடிக்கை, மனித உரிமைகளுக்கு எதிரானது; ஏற்கனவே காயப்பட்டுப் புண்ணாகி உள்ள தமிழர்களின் இதயங்களில், அமிலத்தை ஊற்றுவது ஆகும்.

எனவே, இந்த மூன்று ஈழத்தமிழர்களுக்கு இழைக்கப்படுகின்ற அநீதியைத் தடுத்து நிறுத்திட, தாங்கள் உடனடி நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளுமாறு அன்புடன் வேண்டுகிறேன்.
