Vaiko filed an appeal against sterlite

#MDMK General Secretary Mr. Vaiko filed Appeals Before the Supreme Court of India against M/s Sterlite Industry 

Mr. #Vaiko, General Secretary of Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam filed Civil Appeal before the Supreme Court of India against the order of the National Green Tribunal. New Delhi. By its Order dared 08-08-2013 the National Green Tribunal, New Delhi allowed the appeals preferred by the Sterlite Industry, Thoothukudi against the directions of the Tamilnadu Pollution Control Board darted 29-02-2013 for the closure of the industry consequent to the emission of Sulphur Di Oxide on 23.03.2013.

Vanakkam. I would draw your kind attention to the sufferings and hardships of Indian expatriates in Kuwait. Kuwait is home to 2.6 million expatriates, who form 68% of the country's 3.8 million Kuwaiti population. The Kuwait Government has planned to deport around 100,000 expatriates every year for the next decade to reduce the number of foreigners living in Kuwait by 1 million. At present, more than 6,70,000 Indians live in Kuwait, forming the largest expat community in that country. The Indians with the sweat of their brow have been contributing for the economic prosperity and welfare of that country.
